About Us
i started making mead in 2015 when i started Medieval re-enactment, i thought it would be nice to bring an authentic drink with me to show. from here i varied my recipes and quality of ingredients until i found what you are now looking at or tasting.
100% Organic
100% raw honey, juice or fruit pieces make up the mead. No artificial flavourings used.
The Process
Mead is a slow burn alcohol that takes weeks to ferment and takes the very least of three months to age before it should be bottled. during the bottling process it could take as long as a year to get the mead into a bottle and will only improve with age whilst it is in the barrel.
